- What’s the actual dose per serving, and does it match anything tested? A serving that lists 100 mg of quercetin is a real, specific number worth having — compare it against what you’re reading in studies before assuming equivalence.
- Does the label make a structure/function claim or a disease claim? “Supports cellular health” is defensible. “Reverses aging” or “treats arthritis” is not, and should make you skeptical of the rest of the label.
- Is there a batch-level certificate of analysis? Antioxidant claims are easy to print and hard to verify without third-party testing.
